HOTEL BOOKING PROCEDURE

During the online registration to the 30th ECIS Conference you will also be able to book an accommodation in Rome. You can choose between a wide range of options, from hotels close to the Sapienza University to hotels near some other places of interest in Rome, but always well connected to the conference venue.
In order to finalize the booking you will be asked to provide Credit Card details, which will be used only as guarantee of the reservation. Symposia, the conference secretariat, will forward your booking request to the chosen hotel and once the availability is confirmed, Symposia will send you an official confirmation by email. Your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel when checking out.
Don’t forget that you will be asked to pay for the city tax as well, which in Rome amounts to € 4,00 per person per night for 3 star hotels and to € 6,00 per person per night for 4 star hotels.
The cancellation policy varies according to the hotel you have chosen.
